Hi, I’m Sonte’ Pollock, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find balance, healing, and purpose. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and rooted in real-life tools that empower clients to grow and thrive. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people can unpack life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. Outside the therapy room, I’m a proud wife, mom of four amazing adult children, and “Mimi” to one sweet granddaughter—and let’s not forget my two granddogs who keep things lively! I truly believe that healing is a journey we take together, and I’m honored to walk that path alongside my clients.
